For College Coaches & Personnel Staffs

The agency that
coaches your players.

We don’t sell your name. We build it.

Players Lab Management represents high school and college football players — and develops them. Film study, technique work and game-plan preparation are built into every representation agreement, not sold as an add-on. This page is what a staff should know before one of your players signs with us.

01 — Who You're Dealing With

Teré "T-Cal" Calloway

A football man first. Founder of BIP's List, a film-based evaluation platform in college football, and of T-Cal Coaching and Training. His evaluation and analysis work is followed by coaches and personnel staffs around the country.

  • Played the game. 2013 High School All-American at defensive back and running back with 21 scholarship offers; played at the University of Nevada and Alabama A&M.
  • Pro camp experience. Minicamp with the Atlanta Falcons, 2018.
  • Evaluator. Weekly game film analysis and opponent scouting reports for NFL Draft prospects, including players he does not represent.
  • Negotiator by trade. One of the top real estate agents in Alabama, with $75M+ in negotiated volume over six years — high-value contracts negotiated daily, not occasionally.
  • Based in Huntsville, Alabama, representing players nationally.

02 — What A Staff Gets

What changes when we represent your player

Our interest and yours line up in most of the places that matter: we want your player performing, prepared, and still developing in your building.

01

Players who arrive coached

Film study, technique refinement, position-specific work and opponent prep happen on our time — nights, offseasons, bye weeks. Your staff gets a player who is already doing the extra work, not one distracted from it.

02

Straight evaluations

We tell a player what the film says, including when the honest answer is that he has not earned the number he thinks he has. Coaches do not have to undo a fantasy we sold.

03

Development over a quick check

Every opportunity gets evaluated on long-term outcome — role, scheme fit, development history, draft trajectory — not on whichever offer is biggest this week.

04

One number to call

You deal with the principal, not a rotating account manager. If something needs to be handled between a staff and a player's representation, it gets handled directly.

03 — Development, On The Record

The coaching is the product

Most NIL representation ends at the deal. Ours starts there. The work we do with a player is on film, and the players will tell you about it themselves.

Before the College Football Playoff semifinal against Oregon, T-Cal studied D'Angelo Ponds' film and coached him to play more aggressively against short routes. First play of the game: pick six — on the way to a national championship. Ponds tells that story himself at T-Cal's DB Summit.

  • Film study — weekly breakdowns of a player's own reps and of the opponent.
  • Technique refinement — footwork, leverage, hands, positional detail.
  • Game planning — what a player should expect and how to attack it.
  • Offseason development — a plan that runs between seasons, not just in season.
  • Mentorship — the part that does not show up in a stat line.

04 — On The Portal

We are not in the business of moving players

Transfer guidance is part of what we do, and we treat it as the most serious decision in a player's career — which usually means talking him out of a move, not into one.

  • Every situation is evaluated on scheme, staff, development history and the real depth chart — not on rankings or headline numbers.
  • Players are shown what a bad move actually costs: wrong scheme, buried, misused, development lost, draft stock damaged.
  • If a player is in the right building and being developed, we say so.
  • If a player is thinking about leaving, a staff is better off with a representative who will run the math with him honestly.
05 — How The Representation Is Structured

Built to be compliant and easy to verify

Nothing about our paperwork should be a surprise to a compliance office.

Scope
High school and college football players. We do not handle professional or draft representation. When an athlete is under 18, a parent or guardian signs alongside him.
Agreement
One master representation agreement with a state-specific rider for the state the athlete competes in, rather than a patchwork of separate contracts.
Agent assignment
Athletes sign with Players Lab Management, and the agency assigns the agent who is registered where that athlete plays.
Cancellation
The statutory 14-day right to cancel is written into the agreement. A player who changes his mind can walk.

Compliance staff are welcome to request a copy of the agreement and rider for review before a player signs.
