Teré “T-Cal” Calloway
Founder and President of Players Lab Management, founder of BIP’s List — one of the fastest-growing film-based evaluation platforms in college football — and of T-Cal Coaching and Training. His evaluations, film breakdowns and development work are followed by coaches and personnel staffs across the country.
He was a 2013 High School All-American at defensive back and running back with 21 scholarship offers, played at the University of Nevada and Alabama A&M, and earned a minicamp opportunity with the Atlanta Falcons in 2018. He has mentored and coached multiple NFL Draft prospects through weekly game film analysis and opponent scouting reports.
Outside football, he is one of the top real estate agents in Alabama with more than $75 million in sales volume over six years — high-value contracts negotiated daily.
